Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations?

We're a small operation, so we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on products in our online shop. Doing so could severely harm a small business like ours. If you're looking to try a pedal, we're working with retailers to get them in stores. Until then, you can check out our demo videos. If you have already purchased a pedal and don't like it, we suggest selling it on Reverb or eBay.



Do your pedals come with a warranty?

Yup! All our pedals carry a one-year warranty from the purchase date, extended to the original owner. We cover manufacturing defects and mechanical or electrical failures during normal and correct use, determined at our discretion.

The warranty does not cover any issues or damage resulting from modifications or misuse, including but not limited to:

  • Cosmetic damage and normal wear and tear
  • Use of incorrect power supply (wrong polarity and/or voltage)
  • Damage from modifications, heavy impact, repair by a third party, power surges, misuse or abuse
  • Environmental or liquid damage


Please get in touch with us before sending any products in for repair. The owner is responsible for all shipping costs.

This warranty is non-transferable. These terms are subject to change.

 

Are future updates included with my digital purchase?

Yes. When a new update is released, you will receive an email with a link to download the new version.

 

Do the LR01 profiles and presets work on JPGs?

Yes. We designed LR01 to work with RAW and JPG files.

 

How do I install LR01 into Abode Lightroom Mobile app?

All you need to do is install LR01 into Abode Lightroom CC on your desktop, and it will automatically sync to the app. You need to have an Adobe Creative Cloud account to sync to the mobile app.

 

Can I use your digital products on multiple computers?

Yes, there is no limit. Install the set onto as many computers as you want.

  

What if my item is damaged?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
